Brown's Table

Marcus Brown grew up in his grandmother's West Philadelphia kitchen, where Sunday suppers fed the whole block. Brown's Table is his love letter to that table — braised short ribs, smoked mac and cheese, and cornbread made from a recipe he still won't share. Every plate carries the warmth of a family meal.
